Mercedes SLR 300 McLaren

.

Legend and sophistication – this is the precept underpinning the Gran Turismo body design, as it takes the classical styling elements from the legendary SLR racing cars of the 1950s and blends them masterfully with the sophisticated, avantgarde design language of both the latest Mercedes passenger car models and of the modern-day Silver Arrows race cars which took the McLaren Mercedes team to Formula One World Championship glory.

The design's concept of the Mercedes SLR 300 therefore spans the divide between past and present, whilst at the same time showing the way forward for the sports car designs of tomorrow.

Saab Hatchback Concept

.
The new Chrysler 300C Touring concept is the wagon version of the Chrysler 300C sedan concept, which was revealed earlier this year at the New York International Auto Show.

The Touring concept expands the Chrysler 300C model range and shares most of the design, powertrain, chassis, equipment, interior appointments and technical specifications of the sedan concept. Adding all-wheel drive, a high level of versatility and roomy comfort for driver and passengers – matched with the ride and handling of a European sports sedan – the new Touring will enable the Chrysler brand to compete in the European E segment where around 40 per cent of sales are wagon derivatives.

A production version of the Chrysler 300C Touring concept will be available exclusively outside of North America late next year, further solidifying the Chrysler brand’s premium position in the market.

"i" Concept Test Car

.
"i" is a fully-drivable concept test car developed around a "small & surprising" theme as a next-generation small car designed to bring fun and emotion into people's lives. It represents Mitsubishi Motors' latest solution to the universal small car theme of maximizing roominess within limited exterior dimensions. The "i" is also the first car to be awarded 5 stars in both the fuel consumption and emissions testing categories of the ADAC/FIA1 EcoTest in Germany.

The company is planning to introduce a small car incorporating the ideas introduced in the "i" concept model and adapted to Japanese market requirements in 2005. MMC has also started to look at phasing a similar model into some overseas markets soon after.

FourFour

.

The smart forfour is the first car in its segment to combine the functionality of a small car with the emotional appeal of a young car brand. Thanks to its flexible interior, the sporty four-seater is extremely versatile, clearly illustrating that the core brand values of innovation and functionality are consistently implemented by smart.
