Thierry Peugeot appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Peugeot SA
 

Paris - The Supervisory Board of Peugeot SA met on Dec. 19 to appoint a new Chairman, following the death of former Chairman Pierre Peugeot on December 1, 2002. After paying tribute to Pierre Peugeot, the Board elected Thierry Peugeot as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Peugeot SA after having appointed him member of the Board. Jean-Philippe Peugeot, member of the Board, was elected Vice Chairman, to serve alongside Jean Boillot.

Until this day, Thierry Peugeot served as Vice-President, Services and Spare Parts for the Citroën brand and was a member of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Vice-Presidents Committee.
