Stillo joins Toyota Financial Services as their Vice President and CFO

Torrance, CA - John F. Stillo joined Toyota Financial Services (TFS) as their Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on July 16. He is responsible for the Finance, Treasury and the Risk Management Departments and reports directly to George Borst, President and CEO of TFS. Stillo assumes responsibilities previously handled by Bob Allen, who will continue his leadership as Vice President of International Operations and Commercial Finance.

Prior to joining TFS, Stillo was with Associates First Capital Corporation, where he served as Executive Vice President, Investments and Capital Planning and as Executive Vice President and Comptroller. Prior to joining Associates, he served with the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse & Co. "John’s experience in virtually all aspects of the finance business creates a unique skill set that will be an exciting addition to the TFS executive management team. He is a seasoned professional, and has the breadth of knowledge that will better position us to achieve our financial goals," said George Borst, President and CEO of Toyota Financial Services.

Stillo obtained Bachelor and Masters degrees from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
