New line-up on the Audi Board of
Management

Ingolstadt - In a special meeting,
the Supervisory Board of AUDI AG confirmed the line-up of the
company's future Board of Management. It was confirmed that
Rupert Stadler (43) would continue as Chairman of the Board of
Management. This ends his acting status in this role. At the
same time, Stadler will continue to manage the division Finance
and Organisation.
Michael Dick (55) was appointed as
the new Member of the Board of Management for Technical
Development with immediate effect. Mr Dick began his
professional career at AUDI AG in 1977 and has held various
senior management positions in the Volkswagen Group. He was most
recently Head of Development – Total Vehicle, Chassis,
Pre-Production Centre and Project Steering at Audi.
The new Member of the Board of
Management for Production is Frank Dreves (54). On 1 February
2007 he succeeds Prof. Dr. Jochem Heizmann, who takes over
responsibility for Group Production in the Volkswagen Group.
Dreves is currently Plant Manager at Ingolstadt. He has been
with Audi since 1982. Over the course of his career with the
company, Dreves has also held senior functions for the VW Group.
The Supervisory Board thanked Prof. Dr. Heizmann for his six
years of successful work at Audi, during which he achieved
significant progress in the productivity of Audi's factories.
