OnStar Now Available on 2003 Acura 3.2 TL and 3.2 CL

TROY, Mich. - OnStar, the nation's leading in- vehicle communication service is now available in three of Acura's top selling luxury automobiles, including, new for 2003, the Acura 3.2 TL luxury performance sedan and the Acura 3.2 CL luxury performance coupe. The Acura 3.5 RL has offered OnStar services since early 2001.
"Each model year our goal is to improve our vehicles by building on their core strengths: performance, luxury and style," said Dick Colliver, executive vice president, Acura sales. "This year, we've added OnStar to vehicles with the Acura Navigation System to make the 2003 TL and CL the most comprehensively equipped we've ever built."

With each OnStar-equipped Acura, subscribers receive a year of OnStar's Safe & Sound service. With this service, subscribers have access to a full range of services, including automatic notification of air bag deployment, emergency services, stolen vehicle location and many other safety and security services. Subscribers also have access to OnStar Personal Calling and Virtual Advisor.
OnStar Personal Calling allows drivers to make and receive hands-free, voice-activated phone calls through a nationwide network in cooperation with Verizon Wireless. OnStar Virtual Advisor, developed with General Magic Inc., gives subscribers access to personalized information in a hands-free, voice-activated manner with no screens or displays. Virtual Advisor premier content providers include The Wall Street Journal Online, CNNRadio, Fidelity Investments, weather.com , ESPN.com , Disney.com , ABCNEWS.com , Tele Atlas and Metro Networks.
