2008 North American
International Auto Show Charity Preview Tickets On Sale Now

DETROIT - Tickets for the 2008
North American International Auto Show's (NAIAS) black-tie
Charity Preview gala are on sale now.
The NAIAS 2008 Charity Preview
will take place Friday, Jan. 18, at Cobo Center in Detroit from
6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets for the event are $400 each, of which
$390 is directly tax-deductible. For more information on the

"Charity Preview is Detroit's
night to shine. Every year the event brings out the very best of
our region as thousands of fabulously-attired partygoers from
all over the globe converge inside Cobo Center to bask in the
limelight," said Carl Galeana, senior co-chairman for the NAIAS
2008. "This year's Charity Preview promises to be extra special
as the NAIAS prepares for some incredible surprises."

Although the show has not fully
confirmed all of its plans just yet, in the past R&B Singer
Kelis; legendary DJ Funk Master Flex; veteran artists Hall &
Oates; Celine Dion, Comedians Steve Harvey and Tommy Davidson;
Kevin Bacon; Kid Rock; Jay Leno; Veronica Webb; Tony Danza; Jeff
Daniels; The Apprentice star Omarosa; and TV Host Rachel Ray;
have attended the black tie event. Be sure to check in

The 2007 Charity Preview raised $6
million for children's charities. Since its inception in 1976,
Charity Preview has raised more than $71 million for children's
charities in metro Detroit, nearly $40 million of which was
raised in the last six years alone. The purchase of a single
Charity Preview ticket provides medical treatment, clothing and
support services for local kids in need.
Beneficiaries of the 2008 Charity Preview
include: Barat Child and Family Services; Boys & Girls Club of
Southeastern Michigan; Boys Hope-Girls Hope of Detroit; The Children's
Center; Children's Homes of Judson Center; Children's Hospital of
Michigan; Children's Services of Northeast Guidance Center Assistance
League; the DADA Charitable Foundation Fund, a fund of the Community
Foundation for Southeast Michigan; The Detroit Institute for Children;
Easter Seals - Michigan; March of Dimes; and ThinkDetroit PAL .
