DaimlerChrysler : Chrysler Brand 2005

.
2005 Chrysler Pacifica

As the innovator of the sports tourer segment, Chrysler is expanding the 2005 Chrysler Pacifica lineup.

With an entry-level five-passenger Pacifica model starting at less than $25,000, a well-equipped Touring model and a top-of-the-line luxury Limited model, Chrysler Pacifica offers gorgeous styling, ingenious flexibility and best-in-class safety in three different waves.

With a sleek, solid exterior, easy step-across entry and exit, first-class seating, fold-flat seating, load-leveling rear suspension and 3,500-pound tow capacity, the 2005 Chrysler Pacifica establishes a new definition for packaging in premium automotive transportation.
.

.

In addition, Pacifica establishes a new definition of value, with a U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) starting at less than $25,000.

.
2005 Chrysler Crossfire

First, it was Chrysler Crossfire… world-class engineering and proven quality in an
exquisite wrapper.

Next, the Crossfire Roadster… an audacious, yet glamorous, head-turning convertible version of the ultimate expression of the Chrysler brand.

Following was the Crossfire SRT6… a new level of Crossfire with an infusion of race-inspired, street-legal American performance in both coupe and roadster forms.

And now, two new entry-level Chrysler Crossfire models broaden even further the appeal of this increasingly popular and truly distinctive range of two-seater Chrysler sports cars. The new variants ensure that Chrysler’s distinctive two-seater is available to a wider audience of drivers wanting to own and enjoy this expressive, fun-to-drive vehicle. To differentiate the line-up, the highly specified Crossfire models will now be known as Coupe Limited and Roadster Limited.

.
2005 Chrysler 300

The all-new 2005 Chrysler 300’s striking new proportions combine classic American design and power with proven DaimlerChrysler technology. Marking the brand’s return to a rear-drive, V-8 powered automobile for the first time in more than a decade, the Chrysler 300C pays homage, albeit in a very contemporary way, to the first letter-series Chrysler 300s, which combined performance and prestige like no other vehicle of its time.

The Chrysler 300C marks the return of the HEMI® engine to the Chrysler brand after 50 years. The legendary engine design that powered Chrysler’s letter series cars in the 1950s has been re-engineered and reborn as a modern, high-performance, fuel-efficient and durable powerplant known as the 5.7-liter HEMI V-8. With 340 horsepower (254 kW) and 390 lb.-ft. (525 N•m) of torque, the Chrysler 300C can go from zero to 60 mph in just 6.3 seconds.

.
Chrysler PT Cruiser

The segment-busting Chrysler PT Cruiser has forever changed the landscape of the automotive market. It also changed the way people view the Chrysler brand, creating an image as important as the vehicle itself. While PT Cruiser continues to win award after award, including a perfect score in Consumer Reports' annual automobile reliability ratings, research focus groups show that this unique vehicle moved the brand toward more of a cutting-edge and exciting image. Chrysler has kept PT Cruiser exciting and unique by offering it in a variety of flavors in 2003 including PT Turbo, Dream Cruiser Series 1, Woodie, Flames and soon, PT Cabrio.
.

Chrysler Sebring Convertible

With elegant style, comfort and class-leading roominess, the 2005 Chrysler Sebring Convertible continues its reign as the best-selling convertible in the United States.

New interiors for 2005 are Dark Taupe and Light Taupe on the Sebring, Sebring GTC and Sebring Touring. A Deep Jade and Light Taupe interior is available on the Sebring Limited. Available luxury features for 2005 include automatic temperature control, automatic headlamps, a new radio, and a navigation radio with a six-disc CD player, and real California wood instrument panel bezels and door trim with a low-luster finish.

Chrysler will offer four versions of Chrysler Sebring Convertible for the 2005 model year: Chrysler Sebring Convertible, GTC, Touring and Limited.

Chrysler Sebring Sedan

The 2005 Chrysler Sebring sedan is an attractive choice in the ultra-competitive market, offering expressive styling, exciting performance, the highest governmental front crash rating and a slew of premium amenities in a contemporary package.

New for 2005, the Chrysler Sebring Limited will have automatic temperature control and automatic headlamps, as well as an available navigation system CD radio system and real California wood instrument panel bezels with a low luster finish. The radio is re-configured and has an entirely new appearance.

Chrysler will offer three models of Sebring sedan in 2005: Sebring, Sebring Touring and Sebring Limited. They will be available in the new Dark Taupe over Light Taupe interior scheme for 2005.
.

Chrysler Sebring Coupe

The 2005 Chrysler Sebring coupe has a standard 2.4-liter, 16-valve, four-cylinder engine with a four-speed automatic transaxle that generates 142 horsepower (106 kW) and 158 lb.-ft. (214 N•m) of torque.

Standard features include air conditioning, power windows and locks, a rear window defroster, two power outlets, fog lamps, AM/FM radio with four-disc CD player and 16-inch cast-aluminum wheels.

With more than 34 inches of leg room, the 2005 Chrysler Sebring coupe easily transports people and cargo. With more than 86 cu. ft. of interior passenger volume, the Sebring coupe boasts more room than some mid-size sedans, and has more space for plenty of cargo, with its 60/40 split-folding rear seat.

The Chrysler brand offers two coupes for the 2005 model year: Sebring and Sebring Limited.

Chrysler Town & Country and Voyager Minivan

Twenty years ago, Chrysler Corporation changed the landscape of highways and driveways by introducing the first minivan. More than 10 million minivan sales later, Chrysler Town & Country remains the premium nameplate in the minivan market segment.

For 2004, the Chrysler brand offers seven minivan models: one standard-wheelbase model and six extended-wheelbase models. While the Voyager nameplate is discontinued, the Chrysler Town & Country lineup adds a standard-wheelbase model with a V-6 engine. Extended-wheelbase models include Chrysler Town & Country LX, Chrysler Town & Country Touring, Chrysler Town & Country Platinum Series, Chrysler Town & Country Limited, Chrysler Town & Country Touring All-Wheel-Drive (AWD), and Chrysler Town & Country Limited AWD.
