This is not what I expected from Ford Motor Company. What did people say when I bought that car? Ohh yea Found On Road Dead, guess they were right!! Next time I'll buy a Honda:(As for Ford Motor Company sorry guys you didn't stand by this customer

This comment is for the Ford Company, I bought a 1995 Ford Probe three years ago. It was my very first car. I was so pleased by the way my Dad and I were treated. I have been sitting here reading all of these complants and I can hardy believe it.The Ford sales rep. who helped me out also took 3 hours out of his day and tought me how to drive it. It's a mannul. They were all so kind and I still remember his name, Guy Pope.

Sir, I am writing this note to complaint about your advertisement and the service. Having a hevy consumption of cooling fluid I went several time to an authorized diler that not only did not solved my problem, but did unnecessary repair (changed radiator). My Chevy van become worse. The final surprise was that the crancase got filled of sludge from the fluids ed broked. So after all the charges for unnecessary repairs I had to spend more money on the new damage. I am very upset with your FALSE advertising about a good and expert is mr. Goodwrench. I trusted the capability of your services and it cost me very very much. I am trying to receive answer and satisfaction to my complaint. I always used premium oils and had the van serviced on regular basis but I am starting to think that I did not purchased a ROCK, but a LEMON and I put my trust on mr. Goodcreep!!!. I have all kind o receipts for oil and repairs, I only waiting to know what are you willing to do in order to correct this unpleasent situation. My address is : Roberto B. Yes, I appreciate the opportunity to comment, but I wonder. . .what do you do with my comment? Will someone respond? I need help but am beginning to doubt it will happen. My 95 Windstar has a failed engine--barely any warning, no recall letters...SURPRISE!! Am told you have "graciously" extended the warranty and are offering some credit toward purchasing a new car. Funny thing though, if customer instead needs to have car repaired (can not afford to buy new one) you do NOTHING. Am told may have to wait 6 months or more with NO RENTAL CAR. What gives? This is a major public relations disaster as far as I'm concerning and judging from some of the web sites I've explored, I am by far not the only one to experience your indifference.

Hi! I know i will probably not get a response but i figured it was worth a try. I have an in home daycare. My family has alway been ford drivers and so has my husband's family. Right now i drive a ford F-159 w/ flare sides it is absolutely wonderful. Getting back to the daycare. I would like a van donated to my childcare center so i would be able to take the kids out on field trips without worry and i know how safe your vehicles are. Me and my husband are taking a trip to California in June and we a renting a taurus because it is one of the best cars made today we have been saving so long. I promise if you can do this you will not regret it. I thank you for taking the time to read it.

I purchased a new F-450 5 weeks ago. I drove it lightly for a week and a half and the transmission went out. I understand that problems can happen even with new vehicles. However, my NEW truck has been at your dealership for over 3 weeks now, supposedly due to part availability. I have been without a vehicle for my business for 3 weeks because Ford and their local dealership are not terribly interested in taking care of their customers after they have taken the customer's money. Dealing with this company has been a major disappointment and so I say "If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Ford, think twice."

I would inform you about: MotoristMail: Free Electronic Address Number-Plate Service

MOTORISTMAIL is the first free service that allows messages to be sent among persons who have a car, a motor-cycle, or any other vehicle , that has a number-plate. MOTORISTMAIL works just like email, but instead of knowing an email address, you need to know the number-plate of the vehicle to which you want to write and then send the message.

I have had trouble trying to get Brandon Ford in Florida to fix our problems but since they got all the money now they dont want to work with me and do anything for us. They have treated us like crap and lied to us and even when it was in writing they said that was just a typo and wont give me any info to write to company so I hope you will at least send me your home office address and name of the president so we can try to get this taken care of but if you dont care either then maybe an attorney could get the infor we need. We are telling everyone and everywhere we go not to ever buy a ford product.

LOVE THE DESIGN, COLORS AND THE GREAT MILEAGE..BUT WE ARE OVER 40 AND THE BUCKET SEATS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE...WE NOW OWN A '96 FORD TAURUS AND FIND THOSE SEATS GREAT...IS THERE ANYWAY TO GET A COUGAR WITH BETTER, MORE COMFORTABLE SEATS FOR THE OVER 40 AGE GROUP. CONTACTED OUR LOCAL LINC/MERC DEALER IN ROCKFORD-FRAN KRAL AND THEY SAID IT WAS GEARED FOR THE YOUNGER CROWD..NOT THE OVER 40 CROWD...IT WASN'T AFFENDED...BUT WHY CAN'T WE ENJOY IT TOO!!

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THE 2001 DESIGN IS GOING TO BE BETTER!

I have a 1996 Sable. It will be a cold day in Hades before I ever buy another Ford product. This vehicle has less than 45K kilometers (30,000 miles) on it and the two front door handles have broken off and the dealer refuses to do anything about it. It is going to cost me $200 to fix them myself but it is a cheap lesson -- Ford is now at the bottom of my list for replacement vehicles. DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FORD --- IT IS NOT IN THEIR REPERTOIRE. (One other item of interest re: 96 sable. I have had to do a rear brake job at less than 25K miles and the service manager has warned me to expect this frequency to be maintained. Inother words it will cost me $100+ evey year just for brakes. THANKS BUT NO THANKS

Hello FORD MOTOR COMPANY Reps! if your out there and you care about your customers,I would like to hear from you folks! So I can ask you why after 20 weeks I am still waiting for the 2000 Econoline Wagon I ord ered from my local dealership (Al Maroone Ford of Wi lliamsville, N.Y.) you would think that the No. 2 Auto maker in the world could get a new vehicle built faster than 20+ weeks ( I still don't have it yet! ) your sales people told me 6 to 8 weeks. Here it is 20+ weeks and your Customer Assistance people in Toronto, Canada have NO INFORMATION in their computer whatsoever other than that the order exists. Don't you people at Ford have any pride? This is totally ridiculous! How long do you folks think that us customers are gonna wait before we just pull our orders and go buy a vehicle from one of your competitors? And as far as the dealership goes they seem to be just as much in the blind as I am. If any one else out there has had any experience in getting the people at Lorain, Ohio to build their vehicle, pleeeease let me know what it was that you did to get some results. This is my 1st. Ford product, and its because I am dis- gusted with 20 years of GM pieces of junk! and I really do like the Econoline Vans. It would be a real shame if I had to go to No.3 just because Ford couldn't build me a product in a reasonable timespan. How long am I supposed to wait Ford? 5 YEARS?

To Whom It May Concern, WE HAVE A 1998 F-150 EXTENDED CAB,FLARESIDE,MARK3 TRUCK. IT HAS 24,000 MILES ON IT AND IT BURNS AT LEAST 1 QAURT OF OIL A WEEK.THE FORD SERVICE SAYS THAT IS NORMAL. I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED,ALSO MY TRUCK HAS BEEN RATTLING FOR 5 MONTHS AND GETTING WORSE ,AGAIN THEY SAY NOTHING IS WRONG. THIS IS MY 5th NEW FORD I HAVE BOUGHT IN 9 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN GATHERING OTHERS THAT OWN FORD'S AND SEEING IF THEY TOO ARE BEING TOLD THAT IT IS NORMAL FOR A NEW FORD TO BURN 1 QAURT PER 600 MILES OF OIL. THEY TOO ARE IN MY SHOES. I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS IS A TRUE FACT. I WAS RAISED ONLY TO OWN FORDS BUT, TO BE HONEST I HAVE NO FAITH IN MY TRUCK THAT I PAY 585.00 A MONTH FOR NOR DO I HAVE FAITH IN THE NAME FORD. DO YOU KNOW JUST IN THE LAST MONTH I HAVE FOUND 16 OTHERS WHO ARE BEING TOLD THE SAME THING. I KNOW TO YOU WHAT ARE 16 PEOPLE BUT,MOST OF THEM HAVE NEVER OWNED ANYTHING OTHER THAN A FORD. WE ARE LOYAL CUSTOMERS,BUT I THINK THAT WILL BECOME A THING IN THE PAST IF SOMEONE DOES NOT STAND UP AND TRY TO SAVE THE REPUTATION OF FORD THAT WE ALL BELIEVED.

I bought a car from White Plains Dodge in New York only to have the alternator, timing belt, water pupm, and finally the engine go bad on me in a period of six months! The dealer has refused to help me in any way! They ripped my wife and her mother off $14,000! The most money we have ever had in our life is now gone! I have four children to support and this has been absolutely devastating to our family! Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have done all I could, I have even posted a website detailing my experience with the dealer: HTTP://WHITEPLAINSDODGE.BIZLAND.COM This website in addition to 20 other servers have been posted by me to make it known publicly the results of my experience!

For all of you 1995 Ford Windstar owners who have had a head gasket problem and possibly engine replacement you need to do what you can in your power to get Ford to accept responsibility. Ford has warrantied this problem up to 60,000 miles but most head gasket failure happen from 62000-80000 miles. It is an defective part and Ford should be responsible. Check out http://home.att.net/~ccatanese/ford/mainx.htm to help you on your way to a possible but not likely reimbursement from Ford. thanks d roemer

Indus Motors Pakistan assembles Toyota vehicles in Pakistan. But they are not assembling vehicles catering for a family of six or more.I contacted them and they said that they only import HIACE vehicles of 15 seaters which is difficult to drive in cities. I explored the Toyota site and found out that in Japan Toyota manufactures a lot of family vans of seven to eight seaters. I am interested in the NOAH LITEACE,diesel,Dual AC, Power steering, seven seater. Please guide me or help me in importing this vehicle to Pakistan or tell Indus motors to do so for me. Pakistan is such a country where the average family is more than six.Such a family size vehicle should be assembled in Pakistan. Dear Quality Control Dept. I leased a 1997 Ford 150 a few years ago. I have had nothing but problems with the truck. In the summer time the truck does not want to start. It acts as if its vapor locking. And now I believe ball socket joint and tie rods are going bad on the front of the drivers side. This is not good for a truck that is not that old. I also want to say that I only drive the truck to work and back, and to go to take the kids places they need to go. How can Ford Motor Co. put a truck out on the road that I feel is unsafe. I make parts for automobiles, and I have worked in the Quality Control Dept. where I used to work and we made parts for Ford, and if there was just one defect we were jumped on about it, well now it is my turn. I feel I can not trust Ford to make a vehical safe to drive my children around in. Just the thought of the truck having an accident because someone forgot to make sure the vehical I lease was safe for my family and I has lost my business for good. I also want them to stop and think, what if that was their vechial and that their family was driving it would they have let that vehical leave the plant knowing something was not right.

want to say that is not the only problem I have had there has been alot of them and no one seems to care about it.

This message is intended to reach the hands of Mr. Richard C. Nerod, Latin America Regional President. On Monday, August 16th, my GMC 1997 Sierra Pick-up Truck stalled out with a low battery indicator at my residence. I phoned the 1-800 number and was told my truck would be picked up and taken to the nearest GM Dealer to be repaired under warranty. The truck was picked at 12:30 a.m. on 8/17/99 and taken to the Royal Motors Dealer located on Ave. 65th Infanteria, Rio Piedras, PR. That morning of 8/17/99 I was at the dealer at 6:00 a.m. in order to make the first turn, which I did. I filed the necessary papers and returned around 11:00 a.m. to verify if they had check the truck and I was confronted by their employer Antonio Colon who was very rude and when I asked to speak to the manager I was referred to Mr. Carlos Casado who made it very clear to me that he was doing a favor of accepting my truck since I did not purchase the same from them and that it would take approximately 4 to 5 days to repair my truck and that 1999 vehicle had priority no matter what order they came in. I questioned Mr. Casado if my vehicle was left outside and was being skipped because it was not purchased from them at which time he got a attitude with me. I am a mechanic and I knew that the truck needed an alternator and a battery change. My wife then stated we should call the 1-800 number and check with GM on the policy and Mr. Casado was agressive and said we could call GM an have them take the truck some where else. I thank Mr. Casado and took his advise and phone Losada Auto in Bayamon, PR which is where the truck was purchased. Mr. Burgos from the Service Dept. arranged to have my truck picked up from Royal Motors and taken to their location. My truck was returned to me within less than 24 hrs. repaired. If GM had more employees like Mr. Burgos it would make it a little easier to tolarate the fact that my vehicle has left me stranded so often. Since my purchase of this truck on May of 1997 the truck has been serviced five times and I have never encountered such harrasment. Not to mention that GM does not provide me with temporary transportation when the truck cost me $32,000.00. It has been a terrible experience on my behalf becoming the owner of a GMC vehicle. I have always been the owner of Toyota and Nissan vehicles and have never felt so humilated or disappointed with any vehicle I have ever owned. It is bad enough to be frustrated because your vehicle leaves you stranded to run into a person in management like Mr. Carlos Casado. Please reply, phone number (787)257-8114. Sincerely, Disappointed Customer-Orlando Rodriguez.

I am the owner of a 1990 Ford Thunderbird S.C. I have had some annoying problems with this car for the last 9 years that I feel are Ford quality problems that consumers should not be responsible for. I live in Southern California in the Inland Empire where it gets up to 110 degrees during the summer. Over the years I have found that many parts on this particular car are held in place with some type of achesive that does not stand up to the heat. My car is black with a black interior which draws and maintains heat. 1. The plastic clips for the electric window lifts come unglued at any unexpected moment. I have had to reglue them, and or buy new windows with preinstalled clips. 2. I have had to reglue the plastic covers for the front signal lights. Your glue lasted only 3 years, mine lasted 5 years. But in our immense heat I have lost a cover. The black gooey sealing glue that seals the front and rear windows drips in the heat.

I feel that these a your quality problems. I do not feel that the consumer should have to pay for things like this when purchasing an item from a World Class Leader in Automobiles like Ford.
