Egery,
the First Internet Company Dedicated to European Drivers, To Unveil
Initial Service Offer at the Paris Auto Show Egery,
the equally-owned joint venture between PSA Peugeot Citroën and Vivendi,
will unveil its initial connected car services at the Paris Auto Show
(building 8). Led by former Vivendi executive Jean-Marc Monguillet, Egery
is designing and developing a comprehensive package of Internet-based
services for drivers. Some of these services can already be accessed by
mobile phone in the Auto pages of the Vizzavi France portal. They will be
available over the Internet from end-September. Egery
will play a pioneering role in developing connected cars by leveraging
advanced communication technologies to offer drivers a range of new
services:

services will be accessible on the following sites from September:
The
offer will be gradually extended to include services provided by other
partners from the automotive and driver services industry. Egery's
services are accessible from all types of terminals:
In
addition, they will be available in the driver's own language throughout
Europe (France, UK, Germany, Italy and Spain as from June 2001). The
creation of Egery is subject to approval by the European Commission. (September
