Peugeot Winner of the Design Contest: The Lion
 |
.
The design of the car 'Lion' generally based on the
Peugeot 402 of 1938. Basis for this study is a super sports car which
appears futuristic but also comprises the basically and essential retro
design elements.
The most important element of style is the grand chrome radiator grill
which runs over the roof to the rear and ends in a similar form like the
front. The chrome grill includes the typical double headlights like the
Peugeot 402. Admittedly, the lights follow the driven angle of the tyres,
so that the lights illuminate the curves. The windscreen has a centric
chrome trim strip so that it seems to be separated.
The contest and the results will be presented at the
show.
